Inside look: City of Miami  - ePlan Review

Using Camtasia and PowerPoint, Tresha created a series of elearning videos to train employees, residents, and businesses on ePlan Review, online building permits. Yes, she's also the voice for all of the videos. Tresha received rave reviews for delivering this series quickly and on-time for the program launch. A few months later, Tresha trained other I.T. team members to create elearning videos for their own projects, such as Fire Department's Shared Drive Tutorial.
